Finishing too quickly during sex is a common problem. So if you’re not lasting that long in bed you’re certainly not alone.

In fact, as many as one in three lads say their steamy romps end sooner than they’d expect.

While research shows that ladies would like romps to last 23 minutes, according to a study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine the average guy blows his load after just three minutes and 45 seconds.

But don’t worry because there’s some very simple sexual tricks that can boost your stamina in the sack.

1. EdgingWhen you’re about to blow your load, stop all things sexual straight away and distract yourself for a bit.
Dr Pixie advises: “Ideally think of it as a marathon not a sprint.“Distract the mind when you feel you are coming to the finish line, but not too much as you may go off the boil altogether.”You don’t have to stop the fun for very long, just 15 seconds can be enough.2. Squeezing

The squeeze technique is another trick you can try to last all night. When you think you’re about to reach your peak, squeeze the shaft of your penis just below the head with your thumb and forefinger.

Keep squeezing down for 10 to 20 seconds until you don’t feel like you need to ejaculate any more.

Once you’ve released the squeeze, wait for around 30 seconds before returning to stimulation. You may find that your penis becomes less erect afterwards but don’t worry because this is normal.
